About this Recipe
Craving a savory, cheesy bite that perfectly fits your low-carb lifestyle? These Keto Biscuits are an absolute game-changer, delivering incredible flavor without the grains, gluten, or extra carbs. They're a true delight, especially with that irresistible garlic butter glaze.
What truly sets these cheddar biscuits apart is their rich texture and the thoughtful combination of ingredients. The use of almond flour, along with eggs and a touch of cottage cheese, creates a surprisingly tender crumb that defies expectations for a keto-friendly bake. And the finishing touch of garlic butter glaze elevates them to an "out of this world" experience.
You're in for a real treat with every bite of these biscuits. Expect a deeply savory and cheesy flavor, beautifully complemented by the aromatic garlic butter and a subtle hint of dried parsley. They boast a tender interior that makes them a wonderfully satisfying accompaniment to any meal or a delightful snack on their own. As a naturally grain-free, gluten-free, and low-carb option, they manage to be both incredibly fulfilling and decadent.
Customization & Variations:
- If you don't have cottage cheese on hand, you can substitute sour cream for a similar richness and texture in the biscuit dough.
- Feel free to experiment with other shredded hard cheeses if you prefer a different flavor profile than cheddar.
- To make the garlic butter glaze, if dried parsley isn't available, a pinch of dried chives or even a tiny amount of fresh minced parsley would work.
These fantastic keto biscuits are ideal for breakfast, brunch, or as a savory side dish to complement a hearty soup or stew. They also make a superb appetizer for any gathering.
