- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 medium onion
finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
minced
- 2/3 cup pesto
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 1/4 pounds lean ground beef
