    thinly sliced

  • thyme
    4 sprigs
  • olive oil

  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • white wine
    1 c
  • champagne vinegar
    2 tbsp
  • sour cream
    2 c
  • chopped fresh chives
    ½ c
  • plain greek yogurt
    ¼ c
  • everything seasoning and thyme to garnish
  • potato chips for serving

Directions
