Why This Stir-Fry Works
What truly sets this stir-fry apart is the thoughtful layering of aromatic flavors and the versatility in protein choice. The sauce perfectly balances savory, sweet, and umami notes, clinging beautifully to the tender beef and crisp asparagus.

You'll experience thinly sliced beef, whether it's tenderloin, flank, skirt, or sirloin steak, cooked to perfection, mingling with bright green asparagus pieces. It's a well-rounded meal that feels both wholesome and indulgent.
Customization & Variations
This recipe is wonderfully adaptable to your pantry and preferences. While beef tenderloin is suggested, feel free to use flank, skirt, or sirloin steak, all thinly sliced for best results. If you need a gluten-free option, tamari or coconut aminos are excellent substitutes for soy sauce. For those who enjoy a bit more heat, easily adjust the chili garlic sauce, or swap it out entirely for crushed red pepper flakes or Sriracha.
