  • peeled sweet potatoes

    diced into 1/2-inch pieces

  • fresh or 3/4 tsp dried thyme
    2 tsp
  • garlic powder
    ½ tsp
  • paprika
    ¼ tsp
  • leftover rotisserie chicken breast

    diced into 1/2-inch pieces

    8 oz
  • eggs
    4 large
  • fresh chopped chives
    1 tbsp

Directions
