- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 white onion

- 3 cloves garlic

- 1 carton TJ's Tomato Red Pepper Soup
- 1 container cheese tortellini
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup spinach
Directions

In a pan over medium high heat, cook the ground turkey. Season with oregano, pepper, and salt.

To the same pan, add the onion and garlic and stir into the meat.

Transfer the meat to a pot, and add in the full carton of soup.

Bring to a boil, add in the tortellini, and cook for 3 minutes.

Reduce to medium heat, stir in the greek yogurt and spinach. Let this simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
