- 3 cloves garlic

- 2 c. halved cherry tomatoes 
- 1 tsp. dried oregano

- 4 c. baby spinach 
- 1 c. low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 c. heavy cream 
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan 
- 1/4 c. freshly chopped herbs
