- 2boneless skinless chicken breasts

- 2 tspolive oil
- 1 ccelery

- 1 ccarrots
finely diced
- ½yellow onion

- ⅓ call-purpose flour
- 5 tbspbutter
- 1 tspchicken boullion powder
- 1 tsponion powder
- 1 tspgarlic powder

- 5 cegg noodles
- 2 cchicken broth
- ½ cheavy whipping cream
