Ingredients

about 4 pieces
- 2 tsp.kosher salt
- 1 ½ tsp.freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp.garlic powder
- 2 largeyellow onion
sliced into 1/4" rings
- 1packet onion soup mix
- 1 c.low-sodium beef broth
- ¼ c.cold water
- 2 tbsp.cornstarch
- buttered egg noodles

Directions

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Add to slow cooker along with garlic powder, onion, onion soup mix, and beef broth.
