- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Place the chopped stew meat in the bottom of the crockpot. Place the rest of the ingredients over the stew meat.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high 4-6 hours.

Serve over rice (or you can do mashed potatoes). By the way, did you know that I like to freeze my rice and then I just microwave it when I need it for dinner. Try doing that and this recipe will be even easier.
