peeled and deveined, thawed if frozen
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large cloves garlic
minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
softened
- Pinch freshly chopped parsley
for garnish, optional
- Lemon wedges
