Ingredients

  • 1 bunch collard greens washed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic

    plus more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp mirin)

Directions
