Ingredients
- 1 lbhot breakfast sausage
- 8 ozcream cheese
softened
- 11.4 ozbox red lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix
- 8 ozfreshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tspsalt
- 1 tspcracked black pepper
- 4stalks of green onions

In a large bowl, add uncooked breakfast sausage, softened cream cheese, Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix and the seasoning packet, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and cracked black pepper. Use an electric hand mixer and beat that together on a LOW speed until combined. Now, add in the sliced green onions and using your hands fold them into the sausage mixture until everything is incorporated.

Line two baking sheets with parchment and begin rolling the sausage biscuit mixture into 1-inch balls. Place all of the sausage balls on the lined baking sheets leaving about 1 inch of space between each ball. Now place the baking sheets in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Bake in the oven at 400°F for 20-22 minutes.
