- 1 lbground chicken

- 2 tbsplow sodium soy sauce

Directions

Cook ground chicken. Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup onions and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add in 1 pound ground chicken and cook until lightly brown. Drain excess fat.

Make sauce. Add in 1 Tablespoon minced garlic, 1/4 cup hoisin sauce, 2-3 Tablespoons soy sauce, 1-2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar, 1-2 teaspoons sesame oil and 1-2 teaspoons grated ginger. Stir and heat for 2 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
