Customization & Variations
Feel free to make this recipe your own. You can easily swap the ground chicken for ground turkey or even finely crumbled firm tofu for a vegetarian option. If you prefer less spice, simply omit the Sriracha. For added vegetable goodness, consider stirring in finely diced bell peppers or shredded carrots alongside the onion, or serve with extra fresh cilantro. Don't have rice wine vinegar? A splash of apple cider vinegar can work in a pinch, though the flavor will be slightly different.
These chicken lettuce wraps are incredibly versatile, making them a fantastic choice for a casual weeknight dinner or a crowd-pleasing appetizer when entertaining. Serve them immediately for the best texture, perhaps alongside a simple cucumber salad to complement the fresh flavors.
