Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes

    2 to 3 potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil

    or extra virgin olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
    to taste

Directions
