Steak and Shrimp Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 16 ozribeye steak
- 12colossal shrimp
- 1 bagfrozen peas and carrots
- 4 cday old rice
- 1 largeyellow onion diced
- 4 largeeggs
- 1 bunchgreen onions
- 1 tbspcajun seasoning
- 2 tbspspg blend
- ¼ cbachan’s original
- 1 cmayo
- ¼ cwater
- 2 tbspketchup
- 1 tspsugar
- ½ tspgarlic powder
- ½ tspsmoked paprika
Directions

Cube 1-2 pounds of partially frozen ribeye into bite size pieces, then season with Bachan’s Original and SPG.

Season the thawed shrimp with a cajun seasoning.

Make homemade yum yum sauce in a small bowl mix: 1 cup mayo, 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika.

Cook steak at 450°F on the LoCo griddle for 5 minutes then remove when done.

Cook shrimp for 2 mins each side then remove.

Add 1 large diced onion and 1 bag of frozen peas and carrots.

Cook for 5-7 mins until the onion is translucent.

Add 4 cups of cooked day old rice with 4 tbsp of butter then mix.

Scramble 4 eggs in at the end then mix and cook until blended.

Top with steak and shrimp then serve with yum yum sauce.
