  • salt and pepper
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cup half and half
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese grated
  • 2 cup chopped ham Or your preferred meat
