Prepare for an incredibly tender and juicy chicken, each bite bursting with bright, tangy citrus notes from the fresh orange and lime, beautifully balanced by the warm, earthy spices like cumin and oregano. The generous marinade truly penetrates the chicken, creating a succulent texture and, depending on your chosen method, a wonderfully charred and smoky crust from the grill or a beautifully caramelized exterior from the oven.
