Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons canola oil

- 1 pound beef top sirloin steak
cut into 1/4-in.-thick strips
- 2 small onions
cut into thin wedges
- 2 celery ribs
sliced diagonally
- 1 medium green pepper
cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 medium tomatoes
cut into wedges
- Hot cooked rice
Directions

Mix cornstarch, soy sauce and water until smooth. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat; stir-fry beef until browned, 2-3 minutes. Remove from pan.
