Ingredients
- 3overripe bananas
- ⅓ cbutter
- ½ cbrown sugar
- 1egg
- 2 tspvanilla extract
- 1 ½ cflour
- ½ tspground cinnamon
- ¼ tspsalt
- 1teaspon baking soda

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a loaf pan with butter.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Try to smash all the large banana pieces, making it as smooth as possible.

Stir in the melted butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla. Mix until the batter is thick and smooth.

Add the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda to the bowl and mix again.

Pour the banana bread into the prepared loaf pan then bake the banana bread for about 50 minutes. The top of the bread will be golden brown and the bread will be pulling away from the sides of the pan slightly. A toothpick inserted into the center of the bread will come out cleanly.
