- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 8 cups vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sprouted brown rice or barley
rinsed well
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 15 ounce can garbanzo beans
drained and rinsed
- 1 15 ounce can fire roasted corn
drained and rinsed
- 4 15 ounce cans fire roasted tomatoes
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas
- 3 cups fresh spinach

- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 lemons
