- 1 pound bacon
- 1 32 oz. package Tater Tots
- 12 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese

- 2 cups cheddar cheese
shredded and divided

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook bacon in a skillet and then crumble it.
