  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

    melted and slightly cooled

  • 1 large egg

    beaten

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup raisins or dried cranberries

Directions
